• Use of the First Month Free & A Free Move voucher is conditioned upon Customer leasing the designated storage unit for a minimum
of three (3) months.
• You may vacate your storage unit before the end of your minimum stay period, but will be required to pay all charges for the full
minimum stay.
• This voucher is worth 1 hour of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® service and expires 30 days from issue date. It is the responsibility of the
customer and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to agree upon any additional time or fees. U-STORE-IT shall have no responsibility to you for
services provided by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® beyond one hour.
• Free moving service can only be used for moving items to the U-STORE-IT facility designated on the front of voucher.
• Customer must schedule their move through the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise designated on the front of voucher.
• Items can only be collected from one address.
• You or your representative must be in attendance both at the site of pick-up to see all of your goods onto the vehicle and at
the point of unloading it at U-STORE-IT to see your goods into the storage unit and lock it.
• U-STORE-IT is not responsible for any loss, damage, diminution in value, loss of use, impairment or other damage of any kind or
nature that occur to your goods during or resulting from the move.
• Customer shall be solely responsible for all taxes, levies, surcharges, or other fees charged or assessed by a governmental
entity for the use of this voucher.
• U-STORE-IT makes no representations, warranties or covenants, express or implied, of any kind regarding the use of this
voucher, the services provided by or the availability of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or the moving of the customer’s goods and nothing
herein shall amend, change or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of the lease agreement between the Customer and U-STORE-IT.
